After a long mobility hiatus due to COVID-19 restrictions, we keep moving forward with the international mobilities🌎 which are so important to strengthen the relationships with our partners and to get the best possible results.
Today we are in Dublin, Ireland, for the first international meeting of the “Beyond Erasmus Plus” project. It is the first that partners meet in person to plan project activities and create joint working tools, with the participation of organisations from Spain, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland and Italy (the latter participated virtually as they were unable to travel due to pandemic restrictions).
During this meeting we had the oportunity to:
To plan Local activities I and review the Tools created;
To plan the international seminar (C1) and Final Conference (M2): its objectives, contents, methodology
To plan phases II and III of local activities: its objectives, contents, methodology and creation of the tools;
To evaluate the dissemination and visibility activities used
To review and adapt internal arrangements if necessary
To visibilise project: Visibility activity with local organisations and population.
After the Online Kick-off meeting , where all the project coordinators from the different partner organisations/countries finally met through video-conference, the first task to start the implementation of this project, was to design the logo, image, and graphic line, in order to give visibility to and to disseminate the different activities of the “Beyond Erasmus+” project.
All partners proposed several versions for a logo, taking into consideration several aspects in the creative progress such as colour and theme. We wanted to make sure that all facets of the project were reflected in the logo such as the Erasmus plus programme and the European Union, the partners, the scope of the project, etc. After several attempts we finally arrived at a logo that encapsulates the essence of the project: blue and yellow as main colours to respect the image of the E+ programme and the EU and 5 stars shaped as an arrow going forward as we are 5 European countries working together Beyond Erasmus Plus!
Here are some photos of the work process and shared ideas that led to our final logo and graphic image for our “Beyond Erasmus+” project.
Today we had our first coordination meeting online with all five partner organisations in order to specify strategies, working methodology and details for future activities. This meeting was a video conference and was an essential part of the project as it was the first time all coordinators from each partner country met each other face-to-face.
The main objectives of the meeting were :
Planning the phases of local activities, its objectives, contents and methodology;
Specify dissemination and visibility activities including logo, webpage, social networks, etc. of the project;
Discussing about the tools to measure the impact and to evaluate different phases of the project;
Making appropriate internal arrangements.
Among the main results of the meeting, we can underline:
Participants/Organisations know the details of the project and its activities;
Every participant/organisation can implement the project in the arranged way;
Participants/organisations have appropriate internal arrangements;
Logo, webpage and social networks have been discussed and participants/organisations know how to exploit it.
